Under the leadership of Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon, the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA) has invested in the development of the White Pine Commerce Park in the Town of Clay. Fast becoming world-class site suitable for high-tech, advanced manufacturing industries -- because of its size and access to attractive amenities, including water, power, rail, and sewer. In fact, the park is already a finalist for two domestic semiconductor manufacturers who will benefit from the U.S. push for returning semiconductor manufacturing back to the U.S. The Town of Clay is proud to be working closely with Onondaga County to bring the project to fruition and bring tech manufacturers to our community. When they do, they will create jobs, economic stability, and a strong tax base.
