The applicant is requesting an Area Variance pursuant to Section 230-13 A.(4) – Lot and Structure Dimensional Requirements, for a reduction in the east side yard setback from 25 feet to 12 to allow the replacement of a garage with a pole barn The property is located in the RA-100 Residential Agricultural Zoning District. The above application, including a more complete description of the subject property, is available for inspection at the Department of Planning and Development Office during regular business hours. Communications in writing in relation to these applications may be filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals, Clay Town Hall, 4401 NYS Route 31, New York 13041, in advance of the hearing.
