The pre-agenda meeting begins at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings start at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following: Case #2026-028– for a SITE PLAN application by The Summit Credit Federal Union to allow the demolition of an existing vacant office building and parking lot to accommodate the development of a new credit union. The proposed development will include a drive-up teller window, an ATM, and associated parking. The properties which are the subject of the application are located at 4955 W Taft Road, Tax ID #s 107.-14-26.1 and 107-14-27.1. The properties are in the Office (O-2) Zoning District. Community Informational Session: Amazon Prime Air Drone Delivery - 05/06/2026 from 5-7 P.M.Apr 28, 2026Amazon will be hosting a Community Informational Session on May 6th from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the INSPYRE Innovation Hub, located at 235 Harrison St., Syracuse NY 13202. Additionally, they will exhibit at Innovation Night on May 7th at the Syracuse Marriot Downtown. The session is intended to introduce the Drone Delivery concept and provide an opportunity for local leaders and community members to learn more as we begin the approvals process. OCIDA Public Scoping Meeting: Micron Draft EIS 04/30/2026 6 P.M. - 8 P.MApr 24, 2026OCIDA will hold a public scoping meeting on Thursday, April 30th from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. to gather public comment on the draft scoping document and proposed content of the Draft EIS. The meeting will take place at the Town of Clay, Town Hall, located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay NY 13041. All persons, organizations, corporations or government agencies which may be affected by the proposed project are invited to attend the meeting and to submit oral or written comments. Public Hearing Notice: LOCAL LAW NO. 5 OF THE YEAR 2026 (Smoke Shops) 05/04/2026 @ 7:41 P.M.Apr 24, 2026TOWN OF CLAY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on May 4, 2026, commencing at 7:41 P.M., local time, to consider proposed LOCAL LAW NO. 5 OF THE YEAR 2026, amending the Town of Clay Town Code Sections 230-11C-Terms Defined to add a new definitions for Smoke Shops to the Code, and by amending Section 230-16 Commercial Districts by adding the need to obtain a Special Permit from the Town Board to operate a Smoke Shop in the RC-1, HC-1 and NC-1 Commercial Zone Districts.
