Planning Board Hearings: October 22, 2025 Oct 17, 2025 PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, of the Town of Clay, will be held on October 22, 2025. The pre-agenda meeting begins at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings start at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following: Case #2025-048 - for a SPECIAL PERMIT REFERRAL application by Northern Credit Union, pursuant to Section 230-16 C.(2)(e)[2] – Drive-in Service, for construction and operation of a 3,100 square foot bank with drive-thru services on an existing, partially paved vacant lot. The proposed site improvements include the said drive-thru lanes, sidewalks, landscaping and stormwater management facility. The property which is the subject of this application is located at 3584 State Route 31, Tax Map #052.-02-11.3, and located in the RC-1 Regional Commercial Zoning District. At such time the PLANNING BOARD will formulate its recommendation to the TOWN OF CLAY TOWN BOARD which, by law, has the power to grant or deny the application at a future date (to be announced by publication of a legal notice). Case #2025-049 – for a SITE PLAN application by Northern Credit Union, for construction of a 3,100 square foot credit union on an existing, partially paved vacant lot. The proposed site improvements include drive-thru services, sidewalks, landscaping and stormwater management facility. The property, which is the subject of this application, is located at 3584 State Route 31, Tax Map #052.-02-11.3, and located in the RC-1 Regional Commercial Zoning District. Case #2025-050 – for an AMENDED SITE PLAN application by Ironhorn Enterprises/Troy Bullock (7245 Warehouse Site Improvements), for the installation of additional loading docks onto the southern façade of an existing building (the southernmost building on the site) and expanding the paved area to accommodate tenant needs. The request also consists of bringing the existing entry drive off Vine Street up to County DOT standards, additional parking, updates to the stormwater management facilities, and landscaping per code. The property, which is the subject of this application, is located at 7245 Henry Clay Blvd., Tax Map #115.-01-19.2 and 115.-01-23.1, and located in the I-1 Industrial 1 District. Public Hearing Notice: LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF THE YEAR 2025 - 10/20/2025 Oct 8, 2025 TOWN OF CLAY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on October 20, 2025, commencing at 7:41 P.M., local time, to consider LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF THE YEAR 2025 to amend Chapter 211 entitled “Traffic and Vehicles,” Section 5 entitled “Speed Limits” of the Town of Clay Municipal Code, for the reduction of the present 55 MPH speed limit to 45 MPH on the west end of Mud Mill Road, from Caughdenoy Road, extending to the Town of Cicero line and authorization to install the necessary signs therefor.
